Golden Triangle with Bharatpur

Golden Triangle refers to three historically important cities of India, ie, Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. It is one the most popular tourist circuits of North India. It allows you to explore the historical and modern attractions of the three golden cities of India. Keoladeo National Park is open to visitors throughout the year , but it is more rewarding to visit it between August to end of March. The best way to see the park is on foot. Other options available are to see it on cycle or a cycle rickshaw. Both are available on hire. Cycle rickshaw pullers have been trained by the forest department in bird watching and are knowledgeable.

Destinations Covered : Delhi,Agra,Jaipur,Bharatpur.

 

Day 1: Delhi
Delhi the capital city of India on arrival Delhi international airport meet our representative and transfer to hotel later in the afternoon proceed for a combined tour of old and new Delhi Visit Red fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, Raj ghat, Jantar Mantar, India Ghate, Lodhi Gardens, Akshardham Temple, Humayun's Tomb, Purana Qila and pass thro the famous land marks like Rastrapathi bhavan, Parliament house etc evening return back to hotel and over night stay will be at Delhi.

 


Day 2 :  Delhi - Agra
Today  morning proceed towards Agra. Before reaching Agra city centre you will stop for a while at Sikandra to explore the Tomb of Emperor Akbar. The tomb is an architectural marvel of the Mughals and it fuses motifs of Hindu, Jain, Buddhist and Islamic.
Reaching Agra, check inn at hotel. Then visit the majestic Agra Fort which covers an area of 2.5 kms and great Taj Mahal  Then visit the Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb and then go on a shopping spree. After Mughlai dinner stay overnight at the hotel.

 

 

Day 3 : Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Bharatpur
After Morning breakfast check out hotel and proceed to Bharatpur enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is a deserted city built by Emperor Akbar to commemorate the birth of his son. The audience halls, palaces and mosques are still in a state of perfection , on Arrival at Bharatpur check in hotel and over night stay at the hotel.

 


Day 4 : Bharatpur
After Morning breakfast proceed for a full day tour of Baharatpur Bharatpur is called as The Eastern Gateway to Rajasthan it was founded by Maharaja Suraj Mal in 1733 AD visit Lake palace, Lohagarh Fort, Bharatpur Museum, Keoladeo National Park it is one of the important bird sanctuary of North India evening return back to hotel and over night stay at hotel.

 

Day 05 : Bharatpur - Jaipur
After morning breakfast excursion Amber Fort - where you will ascend the hill on caparisoned elephants. Later half-day tour of the pink city of India, including the City Palace, which now houses a museum, the Observatory (17th century) with a sundial of 90 ft high, Ram Niwas Palace gardens, and the Palace of Winds-"Hawa Mahal". Overnight at Jaipur.

 

Day 6 : Jaipur
After breakfast visit the Amber fort, built in 16th century, enjoy an elephant ride at Amber. Drive past the Hawa Mahal-a Palace of winds. In the afternoon you will visit the city palace and museum, walk to adjacent Jantar Mantar an astronomical observatory. Rest of the evening is at leisure. Stay overnight at hotel in Jaipur.

 


Day 7 : Jaipur - Delhi
Today afternoon you will be transferred back to Delhi airport / railway station for your onward journey.
